Once upon a time, I wore pajamas in public.
AND I LOVED IT.
If there is one thing we can all agree on, it has to be the joy experienced from a day spent in pjs. I’ve spent a number of my summer breaks almost entirely in my parents’ old sweatshirts and animal-printed onesies. We’re talking hedgehogs and penguins here. And while maybe the world isn’t ready for the fabulousness a hot pink onesie adds to my day, I think they can warm up to this:
Soft, silky, pajama-like shirts, kimonos and pants. In. Public.

A Closer Look. . .
The “pajama trend” has been skimming the surface of the fashion industry for a few years now. It picked up pace in 2017, though, and I think it’s high-time the real world catches on for the sake of comfort-seeking gals (and guys) everywhere.
For me, it’s all about keeping the look balanced with already socially-acceptable items. For day-time, keeping it casual by mixing denim with this satin shirt makes me feel comfortable and chic. If you are looking for something more dressy, a pair of simple and tailored trousers would do just the trick.
